This guide shows you how to send a bulk SMS to all customers who have jobs booked within a specific date range. This is useful for notifying multiple clients at once — for example, about delays or holiday closures.
Step 1: Open Bulk SMS from the Job Centre
- Open the Job Centre.
- Click the Actions star icon in the top right of the screen.
- Select Send Bulk SMS.

Step 2: Search for Jobs and Select Recipients
- Enter the date range of jobs you want to include.
- Click the green Search button to find all jobs booked in that period.
- Select the customers you want to SMS, or use Select All to include everyone.

Step 3: Write and Send the Message
- Type your message in the text field. You can use placeholder fields to personalise the message.
- Click the Send SMS button.
