Keeping vehicle records accurate in Workshop Software ensures your service history, registration details, and customer associations are correct. This guide shows you how to view vehicle history from the mobile app.
To help mechanics easily look up past work that has been done on the vehicle, you can now view all past invoices (open, processed or closed) from the mobile app. Please note: This is a feature available for gold subscription users. 1. In the mobile app, open the job card and scroll down to where it states “Vehicle History”
2. Click on the link that says “View Vehicle invoice history”
3. You will now see an overview of all the past invoices that have been processed for this vehicle. Tap on any of the invoices listed to open it up.
4. Now you will see a breakdown of all the invoice items on this invoice
