The check an invoice/payment sync status report in Workshop Software helps you review and analyse your check an invoice/payment sync status data in one place. Running this report gives you a clear snapshot that you can use for business decisions, record keeping, or end-of-period reviews. Follow the steps below to run this report from the Reports section.
This guide shows how to check that an invoice/payment has synced over to the accounting software that is integrated with your Workshop Software account. 1. Navigate to Reports -> Business Reports -> Log Reports 2. Under Invoice/Payment Status, select whether the transaction is a Customer Invoice/Payment or a Supplier Invoice/Payment. Also, input the Invoice Number.
3. Click on the green printer icon.
4. The invoice status report will be printed on your screen. The indication for whether your transaction has synced to your accounting software, is in the bottom right hand corner – Needs MYOB Sync.
If TRUE, that transaction hasn’t synced to your accounting software yet
If FALSE, that transaction has synced to your accounting software
Good to Know
- If you have an accounting integration enabled, this change will sync to your accounting system on the next sync cycle.
- You can print, email, or SMS the invoice to your customer once it is ready.
- Use the date filters to narrow the report to a specific period. This is useful for monthly or quarterly reviews.
- You can print or export the report results for your records or to share with your accountant.
