Workshop Software lets you access and change your subscription details through your account settings. Adjusting this setting ensures your workflow matches the way your workshop operates. The change takes effect immediately once saved. Follow the steps below to update this setting.
This guide will help you to locate your subscription ID, update your credit card details for your subscription, upgrade you account and or cancel your subscription.
1. To view and change your subscription information please go to the ‘Person‘ icon at the top right of the page and click on ‘Company Profile’:

2. This will take you to your profile section where you now select the ‘Subscription’ tab:

3. This will take you to a page where you can access all your current subscription details including the ability to update your credit card, see your next billing date, the status of your subscription, upgrading and adding the dealership module:

4. To update your card details select ‘Update’ and it will give you the ability to add a new card:

5. You can also view when you are next going to be charged, upgrade your subscription or cancel.

This will give you total control and access to information about your subscription.
