The
Persist Grid Filters
feature allows you to retain your search filters across different sections and page visits. This functionality is useful in various platform areas where you can filter data, such as the Customers, Vehicles, and Products pages.
When this toggle is enabled under
Settings > User Settings >
Persist Grid Filter Toggle Yes > Save
Key Benefits:

Consistency: When you return to a page (e.g., Products, Vehicles, Customers), your previous search filters will be preserved, so you do not have to start from scratch.

Time-saving: Quickly pick up where you left off, especially when working with large datasets or managing repetitive tasks.

User-friendly: Navigate between pages without losing your filter settings.
Where This Works:
This feature retains your search filters in sections like Customers, Vehicles, Products, Mechanics, and more. For example, if you search for customer details, the filter will stay active when you return, and the same applies to other sections.
How It Works:
When the toggle is turned on, any filter or search input you apply will be remembered as you navigate away from that page and return.
Important Note:
The
Persist Grid Filters feature applies to all filter bars, except for the global search bar at the top of the interface, which is used for site-wide searches. The global search is designed to perform broader searches across the platform and does not retain search terms.
