How to run a follow up report

The run a follow up report in Workshop Software helps you review and analyse your run a follow up data in one place. Running this report gives you a clear snapshot that you can use for business decisions, record keeping, or end-of-period reviews. Follow the steps below to run this report from the Reports section.

The follow up report is a list of any follow up notes you have entered using the Follow Up Date field when creating a customer invoice. he report shows the;
    • Invoice number the note was created against
    • Follow-up Date
    • Customer Name
    • Description of original invoice
