Print all job cards for a specific day

This guide shows you how to print all job cards for a specific day from the Dashboard. This is a Gold subscription feature.

Please note: This is a Gold level subscription feature. If you would like to use this feature, please upgrade via the Dashboard in Workshop Software.

Step 1: Open the Dashboard

  1. Click the Dashboard tab on the left-hand side of Workshop Software.

Step 2: Open the Action Menu

  1. Click the Star button on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 3: Select Print Jobs for Date

  1. Select Print jobs for date from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Choose the Date

  1. Click the calendar button and select the date you want to print job cards for (usually the current date for the coming day).

Step 5: Run and Confirm

  1. Click Run.
  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Yes to confirm the date is correct.
  3. All job cards for the selected date will be sent to your printer.

Good to Know

  • This feature is only available on the Gold subscription plan.
  • The print will include all jobs booked for the selected date, so make sure your booking diary is up to date before printing.
  • This is useful for preparing the workshop each morning — print all the day’s job cards at once instead of opening each one individually.

No, this feature prints job cards for a single selected date. You would need to repeat the process for each day.

What if a job is added after I print?

You would need to print that individual job card separately, or re-run the bulk print for the same date.
