This guide walks you through how to find our help guides and resources in Workshop Software. Follow the steps below to complete this task.
There are many questions that can be answered in the Workshop Software Help Guides & Resources To locate these, click the ‘?‘ icon located in the top right hand corner of Workshop Software.
A pop up box will appear, click on ‘Help Guides & Resources‘.
You can then search our helps guides in a number of ways:
1) enter in key words or your question in the main search bar
As you enter key words, search results will start to appear, click on the one you are looking for to open up the help guide
2) The most read/searched articles will appear further down on the screen under the heading ‘Top Articles’
3) Our help guides are also sorted by it’s associated functionality (sections). For example if you want to see all guides relating to the Booking Diary, simply click on the word ‘Booking Diary‘
4) Finally if you are unable to find a guide to answer your question, our Silver, Gold and Platinum users can contact our Support Team using the ‘Contact Support‘ link located in the top right hand corner of the page:
