How to Get It Set Up

It’s straightforward to activate:

  1. Head to CRM Tools → Two-Way SMS in your Workshop Software account
  2. Click Activate — you’ll see the pricing for your region right there
  3. There’s a small one-off setup fee (covers getting your dedicated phone number provisioned) plus a small monthly cost, which just rolls into your existing Workshop Software subscription
  4. In Australia, your number is ready in 24–48 hours. Other regions may take a little longer.
  5. You’ll get notified as soon as you’re live — then you’re off and running

Once it’s active, a new icon appears in your menu. You’ll see all your customer conversations in one place, get notified of new messages, and be able to search through conversations whenever you need them.


It’s Simpler Than You Think

If you can send a text on your phone, you can use this. Search for a customer, type your message, hit send. Their reply comes back right there. You can mark messages as unread, jump to the customer’s full record, and manage everything from the one screen.

There’s no new app to learn. No complicated setup. It just lives inside Workshop Software, where everything else already is.
