This guide walks you through how to multi-branch – price matrix in Workshop Software. Follow the steps below to complete this task.
Please note: The following is a guide on how to set up your price matrix and then how to push this down to the other branches. Price Matrix is available for all customers with Gold or Platinum. However, this guide is specifically for anyone with Platinum and Multi-Branch.
Please note: for a step-by-step guide on setting up the pricing matrix, please read the guide titled: “Setting up the pricing matrix” before continuing.
The Pricing Matrix screen, once you have set up the matrix, allows you to push the new matrix or the updated matrix, down to the other branches.
To do this, all you need to do is:

- Save the Price Matrix by pressing “Save”
2. Press “Send to other branches”
3. If the warning asks you if you would like to continue comes up, then click “Yes”
4. A green bar will appear that say ‘Matrix updated on branches’.
5. You will now be able to find these Price Matrices in the other branches.
Good to Know
- Make sure you click Save after making your changes. If you navigate away before saving, your changes will be lost.
